Rate: Rate is based on 2 persons per bedroom.
Minimum Stay: One week.
Extra Persons: $35 per person per week.
Additional Fees:
Tax: Rate does not include 3% Local Tax and 6% Florida Tax.
Deposit Required: $300 minimum deposit. Deposit returned 60 days after departure, less long distance phone charges, damage repair, or extra cleaning expense.
Final Payment Due: 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Options: Cash - Check - Money Order - Travellers Checks
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival will result in some or all of the deposit being forfeited. And a $25 fee is applicable to all cancellations.
Minimum Age: All persons must be over 25 or at least one person must be over 35.
Restrictions: No motor homes, boats and/or trailers permitted in condominium parking lots.
